The date for retirement salary differences has been announced recently. After the Law Proposal Amending the Individual Pension Savings and Investment System Law, some Laws and the Decree Law No. 375, which includes additional hikes for civil servants and retirees, the date on which the expected retirees' salary differences will be settled has been determined.
WHEN WILL THE PENSION DIFFERENCES INSPIRE?
As of January 1, 2022, the difference in the pensions of those who receive pensions, disabled, duty disabled, widowed and orphan pensions will be paid on 27 January.
HOW WILL THE RETIRED SALARY RISE DIFFERENCE BE PAID?
Effective as of January 5510, 4, the difference in pensions of 1 people who received pension, disabled, duty disabled, widowed or orphan pension within the scope of subparagraph 2.386.565/1-(c) (Retired Pension Fund) of Law No. 2022, It will be sent to their accounts at PTT branches and paid on January 27, 2022. According to this;
Those who receive their pensions every month; In the amount of 1 month, including January,
Of those who receive their pensions quarterly;
Monthly areas in the group in the period of November-December-January; in the amount of 1 month,
Monthly areas in the group in the period of December-January-February; for 2 months,
Monthly areas in the group in the January-February-March period; in the amount of 3 months,
monthly difference accrued. Total difference payment amount is 3.648.011.335,11 TL.
Within the scope of the 5510/4-(a) (SSK) and 1/4-(b) (BAĞKUR) clauses of the Law No. 1, the salaries of those who receive income and pensions are started to be paid on the day of payment with an increase.
Pursuant to additional article 5434 of the TR Retirement Fund Law No. 79; Additional payments are made to those who receive a war or duty disability pension and those who receive a pension within this scope, within the first three months of the year at the latest, according to their disability degree and indicators. The total payment to be made to 59.258 persons within this scope is 308.742.058,77 TL.

The additional payment amounts for 5.179,79, ranging from 9.417,80 TL to 2021 TL, will be sent to the accounts of war or duty disabled people and beneficiaries at banks and PTT branches and will be paid on January 27, 2022.
