Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, which has made important investments throughout the city within the scope of the 'Happy city Kocaeli' slogan, works without stopping in service. The Metropolitan, which responds to every need of the citizens living in Kocaeli with the projects it has implemented, is working hard to complete the projects that are still under construction. In this context, rapid progress is being made in the "Storey Car Park and Covered Market Place" project that the Metropolitan will bring to the Dilovası district. While the rough construction of the project, which will give Dilovası a different identity, is well known, the teams of the Building Control Department intensified their work by switching to the production of floor molds for the ground floor.

The 4-storey building, which will enable the citizens living in the district to shop comfortably and safely once a week, will provide parking services for the other six days of the week. The teams, which have completed the construction of the 1st basement floor, 2nd basement floor and 3rd basement floor in the fast-rising "Dilovası Multi-Storey Car Park and Covered Market Place" construction, continue to manufacture the decking formwork on the ground floor, which will be the market area of ​​the building. The "Dilovası Multi-Storey Car Park and Covered Market Place", which Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality continues to build in Cumhuriyet District, is planned to be completed and put into service in the summer months.

"Dilovası Multi-Storey Car Park and Covered Market Place", built on a total construction area of ​​7 thousand 398 square meters, was designed in four floors as ground floor, 1st basement floor, 2nd basement floor and 3rd basement floor. Accordingly, on the ground floor there is a parking lot for 57 cars and a market place, on the 1st basement floor a parking lot for 53 cars and a market place, on the 2nd basement a parking lot for 38 cars, on the 3rd basement there is a municipal police and headman's rooms, a prayer room for men and women, an electrical room, a toilet and a bathroom. There will be a 17-car parking lot. Thus, the car park will have a capacity of 165 vehicles.
