Contract Signed for Mechanical and Electrical Works of Trendyol Ankara Logistics Transfer Center

Birleş Mühendislik and its subsidiary signed a contract within the scope of Trendyol Ankara Logistics Transfer Center Project.

The company statement published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) is below: Our company and its subsidiary Erde Mühendislik A.Ş. and ASC Architecture Decoration Rek. Construction Industry. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. between today (04.01.2022) within the scope of Trendyol Ankara Logistics Transfer Center Project;

• Birsyon Mühendislik, for mechanical installation works 3.864.013,80 USD+VAT, 20.776.675,14 TL+VAT,
• Erde Mühendislik, for electrical installation works 7.114.512,06 USD+VAT, 25.925.459,21 TL+VAT

A new contract has been signed.

The contract price signed by the Company and its subsidiary within the scope of Trendyol Ankara Logistics Transfer Center Project is 232.198.727,77 TL (VAT Included) in the current exchange rate.
