Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç said, “The tender for our high-speed train was made and concluded. A strong consortium has been announced. I would like to thank our President, the Minister of Transport and those who contributed, good luck.” Kayseri-Yerköy high-speed train construction tender Doğuş – Çelikler and Özkar Consortium was declared the winner.
The 39th Ordinary General Assembly Chairman of the Kayseri Chamber of Drivers and Automakers, Memduh Büyükkılıç, as well as the representatives and members of Non-Governmental Organizations and tradesmen attended.
Friend of the tradesmen, President Büyükkılıç stated that they always stand by the tradesmen and said, “I share that we will show the will to help each of our tradesmen in line with their demands. We have a population of 1.5 million, 16 districts in Kayseri, 17 sister municipalities, Memduh Büyükkılıç's elder brother came together in the context of his presidency, and he takes care to serve our city and work in harmony with you.”
He stated that they have made great efforts to make this city more livable with smart city planning projects from intersection arrangements to alternative roads. Ali Ateş, President of Kayseri Chamber of Drivers and Automakers, also thanked President Büyükkılıç for always being there for him, especially during the pandemic period.
