Ankara Metropolitan Municipality starts to distribute the “Baskent Card” as of January 17th, before the diesel support to be provided to the farmers. The Rural Services Department will distribute approximately 25 thousand Başkent Cards to the farmers in the capital city until the end of February in 60 districts. The Metropolitan Municipality will continue to receive diesel support applications online at "baskenttarim.ankara.bel.tr" until February 18, 2022.
After the decision of diesel support, which was brought to the agenda of the Metropolitan Municipality Council with the presidential letter of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş, and which was accepted unanimously, the distribution of Başkent Card to the farmers of the Capital city begins.
The Metropolitan Municipality, which started a new application for social aid in Başkent by making coal and natural gas support, especially food aid, through Başkent Card, is now preparing to distribute rural supports to local producers through Başkent Kart. The Rural Services Department plans to distribute approximately 17 thousand Başkent Cards in the first place, starting from Monday, January 2022, 60, before the diesel support.
EASE OF PAYMENT FROM POS AND PAYMENT DEVICES
The Metropolitan Municipality aims to provide easy access to agricultural supports, to reduce the input costs of the farmers due to high diesel prices, to ensure the continuity of agricultural activities and to increase production, with the Başkent Card, which will be offered to the use of farmers.
Başkent Cards, which will be distributed in 25 districts before diesel support and have contactless payment technology, will provide ease of payment in less than a second by being closer to POS and payment devices. Başkent Cards will continue to be distributed to farmers in the future and in line with the incoming demand.
The Başkent Card distribution program, which will be carried out by the teams of the Rural Services Department, in all of the central and surrounding districts until the end of February, is as follows:

Due to the pandemic process, the Metropolitan Municipality started to receive applications for diesel support from farmers who have 'Farmer Certificate (ÇKS) and Tractor License' on the internet.
Farmers who want to benefit from diesel support can apply through the address “baskenttarim.ankara.bel.tr” until February 18, 2022 at 17.00.
