Ankara Metropolitan Municipality is going out to tender for the sale of a total of 216 real estates of 136 thousand 14 square meters. On 12 and 13 January 2022, real estates consisting of residential, commercial, small industry, social, cultural and facility areas in Çankaya, Etimesgut, Gölbaşı, Mamak, Pursaklar and Yenimahalle districts will be offered for sale in a live broadcast on ABB TV and Metropolitan Municipality social media accounts.
With the principle of transparent municipality understanding, the immovable properties owned by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality are also put up for sale live through tender.
Within the scope of the protocols signed with the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, a tender will be held for the sale of a total of 14 immovables, the property of which belongs to the Treasury of Finance, although the connection roads of Bilkent City Hospitals are built by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.

The tender, in which a total of 14 immovable properties in Çankaya, Etimesgut, Gölbaşı, Mamak, Pursaklar and Yenimahalle districts will be held with closed envelope method, will be broadcast live on ABB TV and Metropolitan Municipality social media accounts.
The tender with a total estimated value of 476 million 704 thousand 492 TL; It will be held at the Committee Meeting Hall, on the 5st floor of the Safety District, Hipodrom Caddesi No:1 B-Block, at 14.00.
