The fee to be paid within the scope of vehicle pass guarantee for the second half of 2021 on the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge has been determined to a large extent. A guarantee payment of 3 billion TL will be made for the third bridge.
The fee to be paid for the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, which was built with the Build-Operate-Transfer model of the AK Party government and whose fee is still out of the pocket of the citizens due to the pass guarantee, has largely been determined.
For the second half of 2021, it is estimated that 2.3-2.4 billion TL will be paid to the IC İçtaş İnşaat–Astaldi consortium ICA for the vehicle pass guarantee for the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge.
For the first half of 2021, a payment of more than 2 billion TL was made last July. Thus, a payment of 2021 billion TL will be made to ICA under the guarantee for 4.4.
After the fee is fully clarified, the General Directorate of Highways will make the payment at the end of January.
