Last month, signatures were signed with SS Business World Building Cooperative to start the third phase of construction in the Ornekkoy Urban Transformation and Development Area. We will continue to work with all our strength to renew Izmir's building stock.”
18 hectares of land will be transformed
Nearly six thousand citizens live in the 18-hectare Ornekkoy Urban Transformation Area, where agreements were made with almost all of the residents of the region and their title deeds were obtained. When the project, which continues in stages in Ornekkoy, is completed, a total of 3 residences and 520 workplaces will have been built.
Within the scope of the first phase, 130 residences and 13 workplaces were delivered on a turnkey basis in Örnekköy. The second phase construction works, which include 170 residences and 20 workplaces, are continuing. With the completion of the third phase works, 584 residences and 27 more workplaces will be handed over to the beneficiaries.
