The cable car facility, which was established with an investment of approximately 40 million dollars in Babadağ in the Fethiye district of Muğla and started to serve in June 2021, carried 80 thousand people last year.
The cable car, the foundation of which was laid 5 years ago by a company in Fethiye, the favorite tourism center of the Western Mediterranean, offers a unique view to its passengers.
Those who use the cable car to paraglide and have fun can go to the take-off runway at 1700 meters, accompanied by the unique view of Ölüdeniz and Fethiye. Visitors can also reach the 1800-meter take-off runway and the 1965-meter summit of the mountain by chairlift.
In Babadağ, one of the most popular paragliding centers in the world, with the start of the Ropeway Project, the target is 1 million visitors and over 200 thousand paragliding jumps.
