A statement was made by the AK Party Kayseri Provincial Presidency against the high-speed train allegations on social media.
“The claim that the Ankara-Kayseri High Speed Train Project is not included in the investment program, put forward on social media today, is unrealistic. Ankara-Yerköy-Kayseri high-speed train business, which is planned with a route length of 142 km and a speed of 250 km / h, is included in the investment program with the number 2020E01-153961.
The tender was held on 24.12.2021. Foreign financing loan letters of intent will be sent to the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. As a result of the negotiations with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and the creditor, the site will be delivered to the contractor in 2022 and work will begin.
In the tenders made with external financing, the first year is the year of loan resolution, advance, site delivery and groundbreaking. As the work progresses, the necessary allowance is transferred with the loan to be signed. We aim to put the Ankara-Kayseri High Speed Train Project into service in 2025.”
