Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç examined the works of Kayseri Airport New Terminal Building, which is aimed to serve 8 million passengers and whose construction continues rapidly despite the snowfall, on site.
Mayor Büyükkılıç, who has been following the construction works of Kayseri Airport New Terminal Building and Apron Construction Project meticulously since the first day, examined the point reached in the construction works on site and received information about the latest situation from the authorities.
President Büyükkılıç thanked President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu and everyone who contributed, especially with his instructions, who brought this great project to Kayseri.

President Büyükkılıç stated that the works at Kayseri Airport continued feverishly despite the winter conditions, and said, “The construction works of the Airport New Terminal Building by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure DHMI General Directorate continue with a completion rate exceeding 41 percent. An airport terminal building with a capacity of 8 million people is being built here. This building will be operational towards the end of next year. A project that befits our Kayseri will be realized," he said.
