General Directorate of Highways carried out important works that increased the transportation standard of our country and offered safer and more comfortable travel opportunities in 2021.
While finishing the Northern Marmara Highway, which stretches from the Kınalı District in the west of Istanbul to the Akyazı district of Sakarya, except for the Nakkaş- Başakşehir section; Kömürhan Bridge, Yenikent-Temelli Road, Hasankeyf-2 Bridge, Zarova Bridge, Tohma (Martyr Gaffari Güneş) Bridge, Salarha Tunnel, Kızılcahamam Çerkeş Tunnel, Iyidere-İkizdere Road Hurmalık Tunnels, Ahlat-Karahasan-Malazgirt Road, Mersin-Gözne Road, We have put many projects such as Beyşehir Ring Road, Filyos-5 Bridge and Pirinkayalar Tunnel into the service of our citizens. He completed important sections of Nicosia Northern Ring Road and Pier – Çayırova Road in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
