ENKA signed a contract on 13 December 2021 for the construction and engineering of the new and innovative Headquarters of Yandex, the global technology leader, to be built in the Gagarinsky district of Moscow, Russia.
ENKA has been active in the Russian Federation since 1988; continues to design and construct inspiring projects in the country, from building projects, infrastructure works, power plants to oil-gas and petrochemical projects, and manage all related activities. ENKA considers high-level details in these works it undertakes and brings together the best solutions.
ENKA's new project, Yandex Headquarters, will be located in a prime location near the Moscow River, a short distance from the city's leading research institutions and the company's first office. The building, whose total superstructure area will be approximately 162.000 m2, will have the necessary infrastructure for Yandex personnel to have sustainable working and development areas.
