Buzzfest, which will include mini-concerts as well as entertainment such as ice skating and slides, will be held in Kalamış Atatürk Park on 24 December. Kadıköy 2 fields in the Municipality Youth and Sports Center are getting ready for Buzzfest. The festival, which will be held on the ice rink prepared using a special technology, will take place between 24 December 2021 and 28 February 2022. On the track, which will be open to all users over the age of 4, participants will be able to ice skating for 30 minutes or have fun by sliding down the slide with inflatable boats. People who have not done ice skating before will also be able to use the rink after a short training given by the instructors in the field. In addition to ice skating, the festival, which will be colored with sound and light systems, will also include mini concerts, surprise events special for New Year's Day and Valentine's Day. Helmets and skates will be provided free of charge to those who come to the ice rink at the festival, where a symbolic fee will be charged in order to balance the high demand. The system, which was established on an area of 500 square meters in Kalamış Park, is considered environmentally friendly due to the low use of water and electricity.
In the festival area, there will also be New Year's stands where women who are members of Potlaç Women's Cooperative will exhibit their handicraft products. Kadıköy The Christmas stands of “Potlaç”, a women's labor project, which was established by the Municipality to strengthen the solidarity and production network among women and which later turned into a cooperative, offer souvenirs in different options to those who want to give special gifts to their loved ones on New Year's Eve.
