To the students of TUSAŞ Martyr Hakan Gülşen Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, which is affiliated to the Ministry of National Education, in aircraft fuselage - engine and avionics branches, which are critical branches of aviation; computerized machine manufacturing, industrial maintenance - repair, electrical installations, robotic coding, web programming and software trainings are provided. Students, who are offered internship opportunities abroad within the scope of Turkish Aerospace Industry's accreditation and Erasmus projects, can receive aircraft maintenance training at centers in Europe during the 20-day program. Successful students are then given the opportunity to start a job in Turkish Aerospace Industries.

Technicians and engineers of the future in the field of aviation are trained at the school, which has an important place for the future of the sector and the construction of an independent defense industry. Education and training activities are carried out in the fields of aircraft maintenance, machinery and design, electrical-electronics and information technologies at TUSAŞ Şehit Hakan Gülşen Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, which is affiliated to the Ministry of National Education.

Turkish Aerospace Industries General Manager Prof. Dr. At the school, where engineers and managers, especially Temel Kotil, provide educational support, students meet frequently to convey their professional experiences to young engineer and technician candidates. Thanks to the QR code application in the school, where innovative technologies are integrated, students have the opportunity to study by viewing the piece in 3D on their mobile phones in an environment outside the school. In the Robotic Coding Workshop, under the leadership of teachers, students are offered training on coding and robotic design. TUSAŞ Şehit Hakan Gülşen Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School teachers and students, who carry out studies within the scope of TEKNOFEST, TÜBİTAK and Development Agency Projects, also have the opportunity to attend online foreign language courses provided by Turkish Aerospace Industries.

Turkish Aerospace Industry Prof. Dr. Temel Kotil spoke about the importance of the school as follows: ''The issue we take most seriously in terms of aviation and especially our defense industry is human resources.
