The statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) is as follows: "The authorized first-instance court in charge of financial institutions in Paris has announced its decision about the defendants, including our bank, that a judicial fine against our bank and compensation for public damage has been made, and our bank has filed an appeal against this decision. , it was reported that the Paris Court of Appeal, which examined the appeal, decided to uphold the decision of the first instance court, and that this decision was appealed to the French Supreme Court by our bank. The French Supreme Court rejected our bank's appeal, and our bank will pay the balance of 8 million Euros of the fine imposed against our bank. The provision for the said payment has been fully reserved and it will not have any negative impact on our bank's balance sheet.
