At the Military Logistics and Support Summit (DLSS), which was realized with the support of the Presidency of Defense Industries, TOGAN Weapon System Integration Cooperation Protocol to DASAL Aviation Platforms was signed by TÜBİTAK SAGE Director Gürcan Okumuş and DASAL Board of Directors President M. Emin İLKMEN. In this context, TOGAN smart ammunition developed by TÜBİTAK SAGE will be integrated into air platforms developed by DASAL.
TOGAN 81 mm smart mortar ammunition has a CEP value of 10 meters and a lethal radius of 35 meters when used with DASAL Aviation platforms; It is critical to cost-effectively and safely neutralize dangerous targets at long range (40+ km). Such studies are of great importance in terms of improving the cooperation and joint innovation capabilities of companies as well as emerging systems. Developed by TÜBİTAK SAGE, TOGAN ammunition was previously tested on the Asisguard SONGAR Drone system and the armed version of Hürkuş.
