Strategic Cooperation Between Asisguard and ASPİLSAN

A Strategic Cooperation Agreement was signed between ASİSGUARD and ASPİLSAN on December 15, the first day of the 16th Battery Technologies Workshop held in Kayseri on December 17-6-15.

ASPİLSAN and ASİSGUARD, the leading companies of the Defense Industry, which signed an MOU at SAHA EXPO, also came together at the XNUMXth Battery Technologies Workshop.

After the signatures at SAHA EXPO, ASPİLSAN and ASİSGUARD, taking their partnership one step further, decided to work under the titles of Battery Management Systems (BYS) and Power Distribution Systems.

ASPİLSAN Energy General Manager Ferhat ÖZSOY and ASİSGUARD General Manager M. Barışdüz, who signed the agreement on behalf of their institutions, made a joint statement after the signatures.

Making a statement after the signing ceremony, ASPİLSAN Energy General Manager Ferhat Özsoy said, “We have no doubt that we will undertake successful works together after the cooperation agreement we signed with ASİSGUARD, a Turkish company with XNUMX% domestic capital, which develops its activities in defense and public security technologies with its own resources. As ASPİLSAN Energy, one of the companies of the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation, we will be working with ASİSGUARD on projects that we plan to carry out in the fields of activity and interest of technologies such as Battery Management System and Power Distribution Systems. In this context, we will continue to support the development of our industry by serving the national economy.”
