b) Each candidate has only one choice.
c) Candidates requested in the application conditions; They will upload Mastership-Traveller Certificate, Ministry of National Education Approved Certificate, Driver's License, Attorney License, Private Security Officer Identity Card/Certificate to the system from the "Add Course Information" screen.
ç) Candidates who graduated from foreign universities must upload their equivalence certificate approved by the Council of Higher Education, and candidates who apply for titles that require secondary education as an educational qualification must upload their diplomas to the system from the "Add Education Information" screen.
d) Candidates will be able to check whether their documents are fully and legibly uploaded by clicking the "view document" button. Applications of candidates who do not upload their documents to the system or upload them illegibly and incompletely will not be accepted.
e) The procurement process consists of preliminary application, registration acceptance, interview exam, health report procedures and security investigation stages.
f) If the Ministry deems necessary, it will be able to hold a practice exam and change the Application Guide. Candidates are required to follow the updates to be made in the advertisement during the application period.
g) Regarding matters not specified in the announcement text, action will be taken in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation.
ğ) In the event that no application is made to any of the announced titles, there are not as many applications as the number of announced titles, or the announced title remains vacant due to applications deemed invalid, the Ministry has the right to transfer the aforementioned titles to other announced titles it deems appropriate.
h) The spouses and children of martyrs, disabled and combat veterans; In their applications with a document showing that their mother, father or spouse is a martyr/veteran, the score calculated by adding 10% more of the score they received to the central exam score they have received will be taken into account. Candidates who do not upload the Martyr / Veteran affinity document to the system will not be added 10% points. (Disabled from duty will not be accepted.)
EXAM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
a) To meet the general conditions in article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
b) To have participated in the Public Personnel Selection Examination held in 2020 by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center Presidency (ÖSYM) and to have received a score,
c) To have the qualifications determined for each cadre title in the qualification table (Table-2),
d) To have applied in due time and to submit the requested documents and information together with the application document,
EXAM APPLICATION
a) Applications will be made online between the dates 30.12.2021-31.01.2022 at the address of personeltemin.msb.gov.tr.
NOTE: Other than the public network (Internet) environment, petitions, letters, mail, etc. Pre-applications to be made using methods will not be accepted, these petitions will not be answered and no action will be taken.
b) Candidates will be directed to the 'Make Preference' screen by completing all the steps by using the application wizard after opening the application screen with their e-Government password by entering the website personneltemm.msb.gov.tr and will be able to make a choice by clicking the relevant purchase. After completing the preference process, he will be able to check his saved preferences by clicking the 'Show My Preferences' button.
EXAM DATE AND PLACE
a) The date and place of the interview exam of the candidates who are entitled to take the interview exam will be published in the address of personeltemin.msb.gov.tr as a notification. In addition, an announcement will be published on the social media accounts of the Ministry of National Defense stating that the results of the preliminary application have been announced.
b) Information will be sent to the e-mail address and mobile phone specified by the candidates via short message (SMS).
