TRNC's Domestic Car GÜNSEL is in London with its First Model B9!

The electric car fair "London EV Show", in which GÜNSEL, the 100 percent electric car brand developed in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, participated with its first model B9, started in London. GÜNSEL took its first step towards Continental Europe with the London EV Show, which will continue for three days on 14-16 December.

Founded in 2016 with the initiative of the Near East Organization, GÜNSEL made the first launch of its first model B9 on February 20, 2020 in Kyrenia, TRNC. GÜNSEL B18, which went out of Cyprus for the first time by participating in the MUSIAD EXPO 21 Fair held in Istanbul on 2020-2020 November 9, was showcased in the world automotive market before mass production with the London EV Show.

Completing the first phase investment of its R&D center and production facilities in 2019, the second phase construction of GÜNSEL's production facilities will be completed in Nicosia and put into operation in the first weeks of 2022. 250 designers, engineers and technicians continue to work to make GÜNSEL ready for mass production. GÜNSEL, which has made more than 2 test drives in the last year with the heart red, island blue, beach yellow, sky blue, and stone gray prototypes it produces, aims to start mass production at the end of 2022 and reach an annual production capacity of 2027 thousand units by 40.
