Nuh Naci Yazgan University (NNYU) Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (İİBF) Business Administration Department organized a conference by the Business and Entrepreneurship Club as part of the Business Days event. KOSGEB Kayseri Director Ahmet Özbekler and Entrepreneur Ö. Faruk Özdemir attended as a speaker.
Making the opening speech at the conference held at Kayseri's Nuh Naci Yazgan University (NNYU) Süleyman Çetinsaya Cultural Center, NNYU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business Administration Prof. Dr. Onur Gözbaşı said that SMEs have a very important share in employment, production and exports. SMEs face many problems arising from both their structural characteristics and economic environment; Pointing out that the most important problem is obtaining long-term funds for investments and insufficient equity, Gözbaşı stated that KOSGEB stepped in at this point. Gözbaşı also emphasized the importance of KOSGEB, especially in terms of support for innovative technological investments.

Dr. Speaking at the conference moderated by Onur Gözbaşı, KOSGEB Kayseri Manager Ahmet Özbekler shared information with the students about KOSGEB's advanced entrepreneurship, R&D and innovation supports. Entrepreneur Ö., operating in the field of machinery and rail systems and making project-based production with the support of KOSGEB. Faruk Özedemir gave information about the activities of his company and conveyed his experiences to the students.
The conference where students' questions were answered, Prof. Dr. Onur Gözbaşı and Assoc. Dr. Burcu Oralhan presented a plaque to the speakers and ended with a group photo shoot.
