Work continues at the 'Merinos Tavern', which was built by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality to keep the spirit of Merinos Factory, one of Turkey's first industrialization breakthroughs, alive.
The foundation of the local, which was designed at the request of employees who add value to the country's economy with their 'sweat' at the Merinos Factory, one of the symbol establishments of the Republican era industry, was laid about 2 months ago. The rough construction has been completed in the local building, which was built on an area of 250 square meters in Merinos Park, where there will be toilets, ablutions, baby care room, male and female prayer rooms, local and kitchen.
The local, where fine workmanship and electrical and mechanical productions continue, is planned to be put into service in February.
