On December 18, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadir Caparov examined Bayraktar TB2 armed unmanned aerial vehicles, which entered the inventory of the State National Security Committee Border Guard Service. Presidential press service announced that Caparov was informed about the systems at the ground control station and at the head of the platform. It was stated that Arıca Bayraktar TB2 SİHA systems were purchased with the defense budget and will be used to ensure the defense and security of the country, including the protection of state borders.

As it will be remembered, the Chairman of the State National Security Committee Kamchibek Tasiev announced that Kyrgyzstan had purchased unmanned aerial vehicles from Russia and Turkey. In the video shared by Otkurbek Rakhmanov on Facebook, Taşiev, speaking at the delivery ceremony of 40 armored pickups to the National Security Border Service State Committee, stated that they bought Bayraktar TB2 from Turkey and they are on the production line. In his speech, Taşiev said, “We have allocated funds from the budget for the purchase of other vehicles. Now in Turkey, "Bayraktar" is being made for us. Such a vehicle is available in only 5 countries and one of them will be Kyrgyzstan. Very soon they will deliver the UAV to us. In addition, we will buy the "Orlan-10" UAV from Russia. Budget appropriation has been allocated for this.” made his statements.

On the 30th Independence Day of Turkmenistan, Bayraktar TB191 SİHAs with tail numbers T192, T195 and T2 took part in the military parade in the cortege.

Bayraktar TB2 SİHA was previously exported with ASELSAN CATS camera solution. Bayraktar TB2 SİHA exported to Turkmenistan has a three-bladed engine, just like Bayraktar TB2 SİHA systems exported to Azerbaijan. Bayraktar TB2 SİHA was displayed with 2 MAM-L and 2 MAM-C ammunition at the parade.
