However, due to the meals that can be consumed all night long, many problems such as indigestion and headache can be encountered both that evening and the next day. Nutritionist and Dietician Pınar Demirkaya states that in order not to experience this, attention should be paid to what is eaten and drunk, and lists excessively fatty meals, sugary, acidic and carbonated drinks to be avoided. Demirkaya also states that the cooking methods of the meals are important and gives suggestions for healthy eating. Demirkaya also prepared three delicious recipes for New Year's Eve, including hot starters, main course and dessert, and made nutritional recommendations for New Year's Eve and the first day of the new year.

Baking instead of frying
