Baking instead of frying

Pumpkin

You don't need to count calories to lose weight. Dieters can also consume appropriate amounts of food on New Year's Eve. Because dieting does not mean giving up the tables prepared when you get together with friends and family. Turkey can be consumed with foods with a low glycemic index and rich in fiber content such as zucchini, broccoli, radish, eggplant and cauliflower. Preferring the baking method instead of frying stands out as an important factor here.

The next day, hazelnuts, almonds, eggs…

You need to eat little by little, not all at once. Salads with olive oil and lemon, prepared from cucumbers, carrots, kidney beans, kale, celery, turnips and yogurt, as well as fruits and vegetables such as pears, kiwis, apples, dried apricots, can be served on the table.
