Our Minister of Family and Social Services, Derya Yanık, announced that they have started to deposit pensions for the elderly and disabled for the month of December.
Our Minister Derya Yanık made a statement regarding the payments of the elderly and disabled pensions for the month of December.
Noting that they will provide 640 million TL of elderly pension assistance in December, our Minister Derya Yanık stated that they will pay 495 million TL of disability pension within the payment period.
Underlining that they will make a payment exceeding TL 1,13 billion within the scope of the elderly and disabled pensions, our Minister Derya Yanık said, “We are depositing the elderly and disabled pensions for the month of December into accounts. I wish the payments will be beneficial to all our disabled and elderly citizens," he said.
Reminding that the payments will be made through the PTT, our Minister Derya Yanık informed that the pensions can be delivered to the households upon request.
Our Minister Derya Yanık said that services for disabled and elderly citizens are carried out within the framework of human-oriented and rights-based policies.
Stating that they develop inclusive and regular social assistance programs for disabled and elderly citizens, our Minister Derya Yanık said, "We stand by our disabled and elderly people in every field from education to health, from economy to social life so that disabled and elderly citizens can live independently with their full and effective participation in social life." .
