Boost The Future, the startup acceleration program realized in cooperation with Endeavor Turkey and Akbank, started with the opening event on Tuesday, December 7th. 12 technology entrepreneurs selected for the program will attend online trainings and workshops for 10 weeks to move their companies into the future.
Boost The Future, which has been run by Endeavor Turkey in cooperation with Akbank for 4 years, was organized under the name Startup Campus in recent years. The selected initiatives of the program, which continues on its way with its improved content and mentor network this year; Here at the time was Co-one, ConectoHub, F-Ray, Account co, Kidolog, Omnicourse, Opzone, Pivony, VenueX, Wisho and Yancep. The average age of startups eligible to participate in the program is 1.5, the average age of founders is 33, and the average team size is 5 people.
12 Start-up founders participating in the free program are offered the opportunity to attend specially designed training and workshops, to have the opportunity to work closely with Akbank LAB, to receive support from Endeavor's experienced mentors, and to meet investors. In addition, entrepreneurs included in the acceleration program are followed closely by Endeavor's Entrepreneur Selection and Support team and have priority to participate in Endeavor Local Election Panels.
The startups included in the program will also have the chance to join an elite group of startups. Thus, they will come together with entrepreneurs facing similar difficulties and enter a sharing and learning environment under the umbrella of Endeavor.
Speaking at the opening of the program, Emre Kurttepeli, Chairman of the Board of Endeavor Turkey, congratulated the founders of 12 startups that were entitled to participate in the program and said, “As Endeavor, we have been running this program in cooperation with Akbank for 4 years. First of all, I would like to thank Akbank for this valuable and deep-rooted business partnership. Every year, we see that the quality of applications increases with excitement, and this motivates us to raise the bar. My advice to entrepreneurs; Thinking globally from the first day and aiming to create a company that employees love while establishing a good team in order to be a company adopted by their successful customers. I wish success to all entrepreneurs,” he said.
Mehmet Tugal, Deputy General Manager of Akbank Commercial Banking, said in his speech, “As Akbank, we have a significant footprint in the Turkish entrepreneurship ecosystem. On the last day of the 3-month program, the Demo Day Event, which will bring entrepreneurs and investors together, will be held. At the Demo Day, where important representatives of the Turkish entrepreneurship ecosystem will be invited, entrepreneurs will have an important opportunity to introduce themselves and find investment.
