TCDD Taşımacılık AŞ General Manager Hasan Pezük, in his speech at the start of the trainings within the scope of the cooperation protocol with the THY Aviation Academy, reminded that as a result of the investments made in the last 19 years, they are the 8th high-speed train operator in the world and the 6th high-speed train operator in Europe today. , Ankara-Istanbul, Ankara-Konya, Konya-Istanbul reported that they operate in 4 different routes.

Stating that they have shortened the travel times to many cities with YHT-connected bus and train services, Pezük said that as the General Directorate of TCDD Transportation, they serve 13 thousand passengers with 44 trips per day on the 1213-kilometer YHT network covering 42 provinces and approximately 23 percent of the country's population.

Stating that they have transported approximately 60 million passengers with YHTs to date, Pezük stated that the length of the railway line, which is 12 thousand 803 kilometers today, will reach 2023 thousand 17 kilometers in 500, with the commissioning of the high-speed and high-speed railway lines under construction.
