TCDD Transportation Inc. 2021/2 GCC Meeting was Held

TCDD Transportation Inc. 2021/2 Institutional Administrative Board Meeting was held on Wednesday, November 17 at the Headquarters building. The demands of the General Authorized Union Transportation Officer-Sen were discussed at the JCC meeting.

1 – Opening the Promotion and Title Change Exam (Manager, Service Assistant Manager, Service Manager, Office Chief, Engineer, Technician, Technician, etc.)

2 – As the Fire Brigade in Ankara Railway Factory is not functioning, evaluation of the personnel in other units in suitable positions.

3 – Giving mobile phones and telephone lines to the personnel who are in the position of Supervisor (President, Vice President, Regional Manager, Deputy Regional Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, Chief etc.) in the workplaces.

4 – Improvement of the conditions of the driver rest room. (Toilet, Kitchen, Bathroom)

5 – Activating the muselles at Samsun Ladik Station.

6 – Arrangement of train planning and meeting in a way to reduce personnel grievances.

7 – Making the necessary modifications at the stations whose lighting lamps are not lit.

8 – Establishment of Support Services Service Directorates for TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. Regional Directorates.

9 – Revising the penalty scoring system applied to mechanics in a way that will eliminate personnel grievances. Machinists, who also carry out the duty of train chief, suffer from being punished for both train chief and machinist duties.

10 – Revision of Promotion and Change of Title Regulation.

11 – Appointment of the personnel working as a janitor in the auxiliary services class to the distributor staff according to their educational status.

12 – Indicated in Article 8 of the Regulation on Per diem and Service Compensation to be Given to TCDD Officers and Servicemen; Adding the title 'YHT Machinist' to the list of titles receiving kilometer\hour compensation.

13 – Recruitment of workers for night shift at Ülkü Warehouse Management.
