Strengthening and increasing its marketing and export activities day by day, KARDEMİR participated in the SAHA EXPO Defense, Aviation and Space Industry Fair held in Istanbul Expo Center on 10-11-12-13 November 2021 within the framework of new market searches and new product development efforts.
KARDEMİR, together with its subsidiary Kardökmak, took part in the fair where Turkey's leading defense industry organizations came together with the slogan "BLACK-SEA-AIR-SPACE". The architect of Baykar Bayraktar TB2, Turkey's first domestically produced S/UAV system, also visited Baykar Defense Technology Leader, Mr. Selçuk Bayraktar, at the stand where names from the leading establishments of the Turkish defense industry were hosted. During the visit where information about KARDEMİR's products and production processes was conveyed, Bayraktar expressed his recommendations about the company's contributions to the defense industry. After the presentation of the first Turkish Iron plaque, Bayraktar and other companies that could cooperate were visited.
KARDEMİR, which is the sponsor as well as participating in the fair organization with a stand, visited many companies together with Kardökmak. During the visits where long-term studies were planned in addition to the projects currently being carried out, the booth team hosted other companies for 4 days. In addition to the fact that KARDEMİR can supply more than one product to many different sectors, the high casting capabilities of its subsidiary Kardökmak were appreciated in the field of defense industry.
