In the Konya-Karaman High Speed Train project, the test drives of which have been successfully completed, physical arrangements suitable for YHT continue rapidly at Karaman Station.
Arrangements made at Karaman Train Station continue. At the station, where escalators and passenger platforms were previously built, glass separator and cabin construction works for the high-speed train operation are being completed. It is expected that the work on which X-ray devices will be placed will be completed within 15 days.
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu also participated in the test drive with YHT from Ankara to Karaman at the end of April and made investigations. With the implementation of the High Speed Train project, the distance between Konya and Karaman will decrease from 1 hour and 15 minutes to 35 minutes.
