ANNOUNCEMENT OF ENTRANCE (ORAL) EXAM REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF 4/B CONTRACTED PERSONNEL TO WORK IN CENTRAL AND PROVINCIAL ORGANIZATION

Within the framework of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel and its Annexes and Amendments, which were put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 657/4/06 and numbered 06/1978, pursuant to paragraph (B) of Article 7 of the Civil Servants Law No. 15754; Contracted personnel will be recruited for a total of 1 vacancies, the number and title of which are specified in the Tables No. Annex-2 and Annex-124 below, to be employed under the command of the central and provincial organization of our Ministry, with the entrance (oral) exam to be held in Ankara between 22-29 December 2021. .

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION TO THE EXAM GENERAL

1- To have the qualifications specified in subparagraph (A) of the amended article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,

(a) Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,

(b) Not to be deprived of public rights,

(c) Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; crimes against the security of the state, even if pardoned or imprisoned for one year or more for an intentionally committed crime, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, embezzlement, embezzlement, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraudulent Not to be convicted of bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging, laundering property values ​​arising from crime, or smuggling,

(d) In terms of military service for male candidates; not to be in military service, not to be of military age, or to have done active military service if he has reached the age of military service, or to be postponed or transferred to the reserve class,

(d) Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 53, not to have a mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously,

2- Not to have completed the age of 35 as of the first day of January of the year in which the oral exam is held (those born after 01/01/1986),
