İBB brings together the most popular 'German Folk Songs' of the last 60 years with Istanbulites. The 'German Folk Songs Group', which came to Istanbul as part of the labor migration activities to Germany, will meet with music lovers on November 3 at CRR. The concert, which will bring together the bittersweet stories of Turkish-German music history, is open to the public and free of charge.
In the concert to be hosted by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM); Ruddi Sodemann with his violin, Derdiyoklar Ali with his electro instrument, Erci E., a member of the rap cartel, and 30 valuable artists will meet with music lovers from Istanbul.
A lot has happened in the 60 years since the work migration agreement between Germany and Turkey. Joys, sorrows, sorrows, longings. During this time, all these emotions poured into rhythms and melodies. The "German Folk Songs" music group from Germany will meet with Istanbulites with the "German Folk Songs" concert, which embodies all these bittersweet feelings of the last 60 years.
At the concert to be hosted by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), the song "Germany Bitter Homeland" will be performed by the "Spiritual Su Friends Choir", which participated as a guest.
IMM Secretary General Can Akın Çağlar, German Consul General in Istanbul Johannes Regenbrecht, Goethe Institute Director Mani Pournaghi Azar will also attend the program that will take place on November 3 at 20.00:XNUMX at the Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall.
