EGO General Directorate announced that the relevant section of the metro line will be closed due to the switch change and line renewal work to be done this weekend.
The statement made by the General Directorate of EGO is as follows: "Scissor change and line renewal work will be carried out in the Yenimahalle Scissors region on 06-07 November 2021, which coincides with the weekend, by the EGO General Directorate of Transportation Planning and Rail System Department.
Two of the four switches in the Yenimahalle region, which have not been changed since the opening of the Metro Operation, were changed during the pandemic period. As a result of the examination made by the relevant units, it was decided to replace the remaining switches for the system and passenger safety.
On Saturday, November 6, 2021 and Sunday, November 7, 2021, the relevant section of the metro line will be closed due to the switch change and line renewal work.
Alternative businesses will be built without our citizens being victimized. Our citizens will be transported by our buses, which will make a ring between the Hospital and Atatürk Cultural Center stations, between 06.00:01.00 and XNUMX, which are the normal metro operating hours, until the service is completed.
