In the Children's Traffic Education Parks, which were established with the aim of raising traffic awareness at an early age, 10 children and students were informed about the traffic rules in the 17-month period of this year.
In cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of National Education, the “Child Traffic Education Parks” project was implemented in order to raise traffic awareness in childhood. With the project, traffic rules are explained practically and theoretically to children in the 04-12 age group.
They learn by doing and experiencing
In trainings; By using battery-powered vehicles, information is given about stopping, stopping and parking methods in accordance with traffic rules, maneuvering rules to be followed, safe following distance, the importance of seat belts, the meanings of traffic signs and road signs, methods of behavior as a driver and pedestrian at traffic lights, short training films is being played.
Traffic education park with 9 more children
In the 2021-month period of 10, 17 children were given practical traffic training in children's traffic training parks. Ankara, Balıkesir, Çanakkale, Düzce, Edirne, Eskişehir, Hatay, Kars, Kırklareli, Konya, Niğde, Ordu, Tekirdağ, Uşak, Afyonkarahisar, Erzincan, Isparta, Sivas, Rize, Kocaeli, Yozgat, Şanlıurfa and Zonguldak. Children's Traffic Education Parks were completed and started to operate.
Its construction continues in 9 provinces, namely Aksaray, Bilecik, Bursa, Karabük, Mardin, Trabzon, Osmaniye, Edirne and Batman.
