BRC's Turkey distributor, 2A Mühendislik, cooperated with Honda and opened its LPG conversion center with a capacity of 20 thousand vehicles per year in Kartepe, Kocaeli. The facility, which will perform the LPG conversion of Civic model vehicles, will respond to the increasing demand in the LPG vehicle market. BRC Turkey, which has been carrying out the LPG conversion of Honda brand vehicles for 10 years, brought together 10 thousand zero kilometer vehicles with LPG in 130 years.

BRC's Turkey distributor, 2A Mühendislik, established the LPG conversion center, which will convert 20 thousand vehicles into LPG annually by cooperating with Honda, at the ceremony held in Kocaeli with the participation of 2A Mühendislik General Manager Kadir Örücü, Honda Turkey General Manager Takuya Tsumura and BRC Italy Sales Coordinator Marco Seimandi. opened in Kartepe.

Established on a closed area of ​​2 square meters, the facility, which will perform the LPG conversion of Civic model vehicles, will respond to the ever-increasing demand for zero kilometer LPG vehicles in Turkey. Honda, which has been using BRC conversion kits for 10 years, has brought 130 thousand zero kilometer vehicles together with LPG in this process.

“DEMAND FOR LPG VEHICLES IS INCREASING”

Stating that the demand for LPG vehicles in the Turkish market is increasing, Kadir Örücü, General Manager of 2A Engineering, said, “According to Eurostat data, Turkey is one of the countries with the highest number of LPG vehicles in Europe. Poland and Italy follow Turkey. Technological developments in LPG conversion kits, the elimination of vehicles' compatibility problems with LPG, and increasing fuel prices make LPG conversion rational. While costs are increasing, everyone's priority is now to save. LPG conversion promises fuel savings of up to 40 percent. For this reason, the demand for LPG conversion is growing both in zero kilometer vehicles and second-hand.”
