Japanese brand Subaru has also joined the electric car production caravan. Solterra, the brand's first electric model developed with Toyota, was introduced in Japan.
SUBARU SOLTERRA HIGHLIGHTS
While the batteries of the front-wheel drive Soltera model offer a range of 530 kilometers to the vehicle, it is stated that there is a range of 460 kilometers on a single charge in four-wheel drive mode.
Solterra is very similar to the electric vehicle bz4x, which Toyota introduced recently. Solterra, which produces 215 horsepower with the power it receives from two electric motors, has a 71.4 kWh battery.
IT WILL BE ON SALE IN 2022
It has been announced that Solterra, whose price is not yet known, will go on sale in the middle of 2022 in major markets. More technical information about the vehicle is expected to come at the Los Angeles Auto Show next week.
