Ondokuz Mayıs University Rectorate 4/B (Contracted Personnel) Recruitment Announcement

According to the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel and its annexes and amendments, 657 contracted personnel will be recruited based on the 4 KPSS score ranking, without a written or oral examination, in order to be employed in the units in the provinces and districts of our University, according to paragraph B of the 2020th article of the Civil Servants Law No. 80.

1-To be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.

2-Not to be deprived of public rights,

3-Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; crimes against the security of the State, crimes against the constitutional order and its functioning, crimes against national defense, crimes against State secrets and espionage, embezzlement, extortion, bribery Not to be convicted of fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging of performance, laundering of property values ​​arising from crime or smuggling.

Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 4 of the Law No. 657-53, not to be disabled with a physical or mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.

5-Male candidates have no military service (to have military service or to have it postponed.)

6- Among those who have been employed as contracted personnel in the last 1 (one) year, their contracts have not been terminated by their institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract, or they have not terminated their contracts unilaterally, except for the exceptions determined by the decision of the Council of Ministers during the contract period. 7- Not receiving retirement or old-age pension from any social security institution.

8- The applications of those whose employment contract was terminated by our institution while they were working in our institution, and those who resigned voluntarily will not be accepted.


1- The candidates who will apply for the "Protection and Security Officer" position should not have completed 30.11.1991 (thirty) years of age as of the deadline (those born on 30 and later), as specified in Article 10 of the Law on Private Security Services dated 06/2004/5188 and numbered 10. must meet the field conditions and have a current Private Security Officer ID card. Candidates should not have a situation that prevents them from working in shifts on a twenty-four hour basis and working indoors/outdoors.

2-For those who will be employed in all hospitals of our university, due to the necessity of providing 7/24 uninterrupted service, primarily the Emergency, Operating Room, intensive care, pandemic polyclinics / clinics, units of the hospitals where treatment with radioactive and radio-ionizing substances; Not having an impediment in terms of health, social or familial status of the people to be employed in all units, keeping the night shift or working in the night shift, with a shift work plan.

3- Since “Support Personnel” will be employed for the purpose of carrying out all the units of our university and environmental cleaning (indoor and outdoor) services, the candidates should not have an obstacle to working indoors/outdoors.


Within 15 (fifteen) days from the publication date of this announcement;

2- Original and photocopy of identity card

3- Original and photocopy of diploma or graduation certificate

4- Public Personnel Selection Exam Result Document (2020 KPSS)

5- Military service status document for male candidates

6- They must personally apply to the Ondokuz Mayıs University Personnel Department along with 1 passport-sized photograph. (Applications made by post will not be accepted).

*The application will be accepted with a power of attorney, and only notarized power of attorney will be accepted for applications.

** All documents with data matrix received via e-Government will be accepted.


After the KPSS score ranking, the names of the main and substitute candidates will be determined by the Personnel Department within 7 (seven) working days after the application deadline. Placement results http://www.omu.edu.tradresinde will be published. If there is no applicant among the main winners in due time or if it is determined that they do not meet the required conditions, substitute candidates will be placed respectively. Since this announcement will be in the nature of notification, no separate notification will be made. Candidates who are entitled to be appointed must personally submit the necessary documents to the Personnel Department within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of the results on omu.edu.trade. Information about the documents required for starting the job, the time and place of application should be followed at the address omu.edu.trade. Candidates who do not complete and submit the required documents within the specified time lose their rights. Contracts of those who are found to have made false statements or concealed the truth in any way during the application and assignment procedures will not be entered into. Even if the contract is made, it is terminated.

For the provisions not included in the announcement, the general legislation provisions are valid.
