According to the statement made by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure; "Turkey Excellence" Award was given to the Ministry by the Turkish Quality Association (KalDer). It was noted that the upgrade has become a necessity.
“In order to reach the efficiency and quality targets within the scope of our transportation and infrastructure policies; Efforts to become a visionary with an innovative perspective, strong with sustainable systems, strong corporate memory, continuously adding value to all its stakeholders by managing change, and high performance have been initiated. It was decided that the model studies would be carried out within the body of our Ministry.
THE ONLY PUBLIC INSTITUTION AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL TO HAVE THE 5 STAR AWARD IN THE FIRST APPLICATION
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu pointed out that they are the only public institution to receive a 5-star award in the first application at the ministry level, and said, “Our ultimate goal is to be a strong, dynamic, innovative and visionary institution that is managed by systems, has adopted the value chain approach of our Ministry, and has strong communication with all its stakeholders. It is to increase awareness that it is managed as an institution with a culture and the leader of its own ecosystem. It was the first public institution to use this model at the ministerial level and initiate the excellence award process. Our Ministry received 5 stars according to the evaluations made by KalDer Evaluators after the field visits. Our institution is the only public institution to receive a 5-star award in the first application at the Ministry level.”
