Emirates has announced that its signature A380 services will resume on 28 November at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. Increasing aircraft capacity will help Emirates meet the strong increase in demand for passengers visiting this popular holiday destination, soon after Thailand reopens to international tourists who have been vaccinated.
Daily A380 flights will be operated with flight number EK372/373 and will provide the required capacity and frequency of flights to Bangkok in response to the increase in travel demand experienced by the airline. The iconic Emirates A380 aircraft, which will fly to Bangkok, will serve with First Class, Business Class and Economy Class seats. The two-decker aircraft put into use, in addition to the five-week EK378/379 flights to Bangkok via Phuket, which is planned to increase the frequency from 1 December, and EK777/300, which is currently operated daily on a three-class Boeing 384-385ER aircraft. It will be a supplement to existing expeditions.
The daily Bangkok A372 service with EK380 will depart from Dubai at 09:30 and land in Bangkok at 18:40. Flight EK373 is scheduled to depart Bangkok at 20:35 and land in Dubai at 00:50 the next day. All times are in the local time zone.
With the A28 launching on 380 November, Emirates will offer three daily flights to and from Bangkok to support the country it has served for more than 30 years.
