During the winter months of 2021 and 2022, social assistance amounting to 125 million TL will be provided, mainly in cash support, food parcels, hot meals, clothes, diapers, food, household goods, stoves, blankets, fuel, education and stationery. From food to household goods
25 million liras of cash support, 30 million liras of food, 20 million liras of education and stationery materials, 20 million liras of cloth, food, boots, coats, clothing and household goods will be provided by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Social Services Department. With the allocated 30 million liras, hot meals for at least 1 million 350 thousand people will be produced and delivered to the citizens. The Metropolitan Municipality, which will continue to support fuel, stove and blankets throughout the winter, will meet the stove needs of a thousand households and the fuel needs of five thousand households in the first place.
