UTIKAD's New General Manager Has Been Announced

The new General Manager of UTIKAD, the Association of International Forwarding and Logistics Service Providers, has been announced.

Following the announcement of Cavit Uğur, who has been serving as the General Manager of UTIKAD since 2011, that he will leave our association as of the end of October, UTIKAD Sectoral Relations Manager Alperen Güler was appointed instead of him by the decision of the Board of Directors.

Alperen Güler, who will start his duty as UTIKAD General Manager as of November 1, 2021, said, “As a result of the trust and decision of UTIKAD Board of Directors, I will continue my duty as the General Manager of UTIKAD Executive Board as of November 1, 2021. I had the chance to continue my duty, which I started as a Specialist in the Association, later as the Sectoral Relations Manager. In this process, I was able to get to know the logistics industry better and represented our members on national and international platforms. In order to improve the activities of UTIKAD, we will continue our work with the determination of being worthy of my new duty with the approval of the Board of Directors, the vision and the support of the members.”
