In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the following was noted: “Although the effects of the Covid-19 global epidemic continue, considering the positive development of our partnership's operational efficiency, performance and financial indicators compared to 2020, as a result of a second evaluation made by the board of directors, our employees will continue to work during the epidemic. Due to their sacrifice and contribution to performance, it has been decided to increase the job/flight compensation of cockpit personnel by 01.10.2021% and the job/severance compensation of other domestic business groups by 25%, based on current wages, effective from 20.”
