Düzce University Faculty of Technology Dean Prof. Dr. Ayhan Şamandar discussed the latest situation in the high-speed train project, which is requested to pass through Düzce, with Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Selim Dursun. prof. Dr. Şamandar noted that the feasibility of the project, which was completed last year, continues to be implemented with the build-operate-transfer financing method.
