Reminding that President Erdoğan declared to the whole world that he would be a party to the Paris Climate Agreement at the United Nations General Assembly, and that the agreement passed without delay in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Karaismailoğlu said, “With the Presidential Decree, we started to take our steps to protect this historic move even more strongly. . We call it the 'Green Development Revolution'. We will continue to walk on this path, which is the first and most ambitious goal of our 2053 vision, under the leadership of our President. As the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, we combined our experience, knowledge and effort with other ministries. WE STARTED REFORM ON RAILWAYS
Underlining that they aim to close the year with 10 percent, Karaismailoğlu gave the following information about the investments of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure:
“I would like to proudly state that we have invested close to 1 trillion 115 billion liras for Turkey's transportation and communication investments. The AK Party governments increased the length of 6 kilometers of divided roads in our country to 100 kilometers. By doubling the length of the highway, we are happy to increase our roads of this quality to 28 kilometers. It is the job of those who see 'service to the public as service to God' to increase the length of the tunnel from 340 kilometers to kilometers in order to cross the impenetrable mountains. We have initiated a reform to expand our railways, which have been untouched for the last 3 years, throughout the country. With MARMARAY, we connected two continents under the sea. By opening the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Railway line, we provided an uninterrupted railway connection from Asia to Europe. It is the AK Party governments that make the airline the way of the people. Our domestic flights, which were made to 532 destinations from 50 centers in 150, are now operating from 2003 centers to 2 destinations.”

KILIS TAKES IT'S DUE SHARE IN TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS MOVEMENTS

Is it enough? It's not enough for us. Our target for 2023 is to increase the length of the divided road to 60 kilometers. Our governments have built a single 86-kilometer road in Kilis. While the number of bridges we have built and put into service in Kilis is 6, we will build 2023 more bridges until 7. The total cost of our 5 different highway projects, which are still ongoing throughout the province of Kilis, exceeds 407 million.
WE WILL BE BETTER ORGANIZED FOR THE FOLLOWING ELECTIONS

Because every new road built, like rivers, contributes to the employment, production, trade, culture and art of the places they pass through. It is very important that we explain our services to our country and Kilis with all clarity to everyone. The success and continuation of a political movement is crowned with the efforts of the organizations in the provinces and districts. You, the capillaries of our organizations, convey the values we produce to the farthest corner of our country. At the same time, you convey to us the wishes, wishes and expectations in the most remote corners of our country. As AK cadres, we will organize much better for the upcoming elections. We will reach everyone from house to house, house to house, street by street, market and market, and we will explain ourselves face to face in the most accurate way.”

WE STARTED TO SELL THE TECHNOLOGIES THAT WE MANUFACTURED TO THE WORLD

One of the most important contributions to these great developments in 19 years is that we now carry out our own engineering projects with our own engineers. We produced our own technologies and started to sell these technologies to the world. Our country has made great strides in using domestic and national technology. Projects such as Osmangazi Bridge, Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, Eurasia Tunnel are among the most qualified projects in the world. These are all examples of Turkish engineering. Now we have started to export them to the world. Turkish engineers and contractors are now working in important parts of the world. Hopefully, we will open up space and business areas for you in the execution of these projects," he said.
AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES WILL BE USED IN THE CITY IN A SHORT TIME
Noting that autonomous vehicles are on their agenda and that they are following it closely, Minister Karaismailoğlu said, “There was the 12th Transportation and Communications Council we held in Istanbul. We had a prototype bus there, too, and it was completely driverless. The tests were completed successfully and we took our guests around on that bus. Hopefully, these autonomous vehicles will be used in the city in a short time. In fact, we have an important work to establish such a test route on the Northern Marmara Highway in Istanbul for test purposes and to operate these driverless vehicles in mixed traffic. Hopefully, we will put this into practice in a short time," he said.
I RECOMMEND USING LOCAL APPLICATIONS IN SOCIAL MEDIA
Pointing out that domestic and national practices are more reliable, Minister Karaismailoğlu said, “Internet is now one of the most important parts of our lives, even an indispensable one. Foreign applications and social media are completely under the control of foreigners. Information is confidential, but how much can we trust them? They keep the information in their own country. We passed a social media bill last year. This issue is now on our agenda again. One of our most important issues. If you have a concern, use native applications. These social media now also have domestic applications. Foreign applications are preferred, but I recommend the use of domestic applications. You will not have any problems with them. As we said, the issues of what this information will be tomorrow and where it will go will always be on our agenda. We have a team within the BTK that shields against cyber attacks, and we work there 7/24.”
