Gamze Akkuş İlgezdi, Deputy Chairman of the Republican People's Party and Istanbul Deputy, made statements about the agenda.
İlgezdi made the following statements in his statement: “Despite the announcement of the Minister of Labor, the lowest salary of civil servants will increase from 4358 liras to 5700 liras in August, Gamze Akkuş İlgezdi, the Deputy Chairman of the Republic People's Party and Istanbul Deputy, revealed that there are personnel in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism who receive 3500 liras, and said, “This is a misery wage. How possible is it to make artistic productions," he said.
Gamze Akkuş İlgezdi, Deputy Chairman of the CHP Public Relations, Health, Culture and Arts, stated that those working as technical personnel in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and related institutions receive a salary of around 3000 TL even though they have an additional indicator of 3600-3500, “According to the Minister of Labor, the lowest civil servant. Salary will be 5700 liras, there are civil servants in the Ministry of Culture who receive 3500 liras. Either the Ministry of Labor does not know the personnel of the Ministry of Culture. Or the numbers given are skewed,” he said.
“When the payrolls are examined, the September salary of the technical personnel with 1 additional indicators, whose grade is 4/3600, is 3571,75 liras. Saying that the September salary of the 2 technical personnel with an additional indicator, whose degree is 3/3000, is 3485,87 liras, Akkuş İlgezdi from CHP also stated that despite the heavy workload, no improvement has been made regarding the low wages of the employees.
Culture-Art Sen, affiliated to KESK, also revealed that there are many personnel with this degree in his research.
