Summer is over and it's time to get fit… Good exercise is needed, especially in order to reduce the fat around the waist. MACFit Fulya Trainer Çağla Anter emphasized that the best place to melt these fats is to exercise in the gym. Anther listed five exercises that can be done to burn fat:

Stationary Bike

Stationary cycling as part of an exercise plan is an excellent, if not overwhelming, effective way to burn calories. Depending on the starting weight, about 200-300 calories can be burned in half an hour. You can try different speeds, difficulty levels and even HIIT bike workouts.

deadlift

The deadlift is a good move to work the entire lower body. It helps to burn calories and gain muscle by targeting the abdomen, back and legs. Dumbbells or barbells are taken with the palms facing each other. The feet are spread shoulder-width apart, then bend the knees a little and bend towards the floor with the back straight. The weight is kept close to the body while bending. Finally, slowly return to the starting position. At this time, the hip muscles are tightened.

Dumbbell Overhead Lunge

Dumbbell overhead lunges can be done for double the level of difficulty. This movement works all the muscles in the trunk as well as the back and hip muscles. In other words, it both strengthens and accelerates metabolism. Take medium-weight dumbbells with palms facing each other. Then, a step is taken for a lunge and the back knee is brought a little distance from the ground. After stopping for a second, stand up again and repeat the same movement with the opposite foot.

Mountain climbers

Mountain climbers' movement raises heart rate, burns calories, and builds strength from legs to abs, back and shoulders. The knees are pulled up to the chest level as quickly as possible, while pressing the hands perpendicular to the floor. Although movement counts as cardio, it also strengthens the body.

Combine different exercises

Different exercises can be done to get the maximum benefit from a workout. E.g; Doing burpees and lunges together both burns calories and is an exercise that can be applied to get stronger.
