Turkish Society of Anesthesiology and Reanimation (TARD), with the contribution of Dräger Turkey, created a memorial forest on a three-hectare area in Atatürk Forest Farm Forest Operation Nursery for healthcare workers who lost their lives due to Covid19.

Kanbak said, “We wanted to make their memories permanent by planting saplings in memory of the anesthetists, technicians and the child of a colleague who lost in the Covid19 war, as well as our recently lost teachers. In this way, we wanted to contribute to the next generation to live in a world that will breathe.”
Dräger Turkey's General Manager Zafer Kaşıkara, who planted 132 saplings in the memorial forest to commemorate their 1320nd anniversary, said, “The forest fires and the Covid19 process; once again showed us how precious oxygen and breathing are for all living things. We are happy to contribute to the memory forest in memory of healthcare workers.”
