Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality continues to organize various activities for a more livable Trabzon. While the Black Sea Off-Road Cup Races hosted by Trabzon Metropolitan and Akçaabat Municipalities attracted great attention, the excitement peaked.
Turkish Automobile Sports Federation and Trabzon Off-Road Club also supported the Black Sea Off-Road Cup Races, hosted by Trabzon Metropolitan and Akçaabat Municipalities under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Black Sea Off-Road Cup Races, which attracted great interest from the citizens of Trabzon together with the adventure and speed enthusiasts, were held on the challenging track prepared in the Yaylacık District of the Akçaabat district.
THEY STARTED TOGETHER
Trabzon Governor İsmail Ustaoğlu, Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Murat Zorluoğlu, AK Party Trabzon Deputy Adnan Günnar, Trabzon Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Colonel Adem Şen, Akçaabat Mayor Osman Nuri Ekim and thousands of people attended the Off-Road races where breaths were held. Governor Ustaoğlu, Mayor Zorluoğlu, Deputy Günnar and Akçaabat Mayor October started the race, with competitors from Iran, Georgia and various cities of Turkey.
ZORLUOĞLU WATCHED THE RACES WITH HIS COUNTRIES
Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Murat Zorluoğlu watched the race with his son Ertuğrul Zorluoğlu among his fellow countrymen. In the race where the excitement peaked, the citizens thanked President Zorluoğlu and asked for such events to be held more often.

Stating that they are making great efforts to make Trabzon a more livable city, Metropolitan Mayor Murat Zorluoğlu said, “From the first moment we took office, we act with the understanding that 'boring cities cannot develop' and we are working in this direction. We take care to bring our fellow citizens together with social, cultural and sports activities. We were very happy with the interest in the Black Sea Off-Road Cup Races that we held here today. As Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality, we will continue to organize various events in many areas. On the other hand, I would like to express my thanks to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Mayor of Akçaabat and all our stakeholders who contributed to this beautiful organization.”
THE RANKERS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED
Mustafa Güner became the champion of the breathtaking Black Sea Off-Road Cup Races. Sayed Ali Reza Pourshaid took the 2nd place and Gürsel Akın took the 3rd place.
