Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem Yüce made an examination at the SGK Köprülü Junction, where the final touches were made. Yüce said, “We are putting the final touches on our project, which will breathe life into Sakarya traffic. We hope to complete it soon and open it to traffic," he said. Yüce also said that the construction of the project has reached over 90 percent and that it will be completed after scaffolding dismantling and asphalting.

Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem Yüce examined the SGK Bridge Interchange project, which will breathe the city traffic. Yüce examined the project in all details, in which the concrete casting processes were completed, and received information on the construction site. It has been learned that the SGK Köprülü Junction, which will facilitate the traffic flow to Adapazarı, Erenler and Serdivan, and is at an entrance point worthy of the city, has exceeded 90 percent in the construction process. At the junction where the concrete pouring is finished, the dismantling of the scaffold will begin. After the rope stretching and excavation process, the project will be completed by pouring the asphalt. Yüce also announced that the transactions will be completed very soon, and the crossroads will be opened to traffic in the direction of Adnan Menderes and Orhan Gazi Street.

Expressing that the SGK Köprülü Junction will minimize the traffic density at the city entrance and the city center, Mayor Yüce said, “As the Metropolitan Municipality, we are making important touches to ease transportation in the regions we describe as the main artery in our city. In addition, as it is known since the day we took office, we continue road renewal, arrangement and asphalt works in the city center and 16 districts without interruption. We are making the final touches at SGK Köprülü Junction, which is one of our ongoing projects, which is of great importance for the city. Our team works here day and night. The concrete process is finished, we complete the work by pouring asphalt along with the scaffolding dismantling and excavation.
