The excitement of the competition continues in the "Digital My Job" project, implemented in cooperation with the General Directorate of Lifelong Learning, the General Directorate of Turkish Employment Agency and the Vodafone Turkey Foundation, in order to bring the power of technology to the potential of women.

The countdown has begun for the final of the Social Media Campaign Contest, which is held among women who have completed the "Digital Marketing" training in the project, which aims to increase the digital skills of women over the age of 18. The works of 82 people who managed the social media accounts of a small business of their choice, among 1 applications, will be evaluated in the jury session to be held on October 21th. As a result of the evaluation, life water capital will be provided to the top 19 competitors.

The Digital My Job project is our first blended training aimed at empowering disadvantaged women in the digital field. With the project, our Digital Literacy and Digital Marketing trainings continue in 13 provinces and the scope of the project is growing day by day with the intense interest of women. With our trainings that started in December, we are happy to provide training to approximately 5 thousand women in the digital field so far. Within the scope of the project, we not only provide training to women, but also provide opportunities for them to implement these trainings with the Social Media Campaign Contest. We wish success to all our trainees in this competition, where trainings turn into practice, and we would like to state that our work will continue for a life-long learning Turkey.”

We designed the 'Digital My Job' project based on our goal-oriented vision. We have implemented a project that will both contribute to the digitalization of society and support the development of women. With the 'Digital My Job' project, we continue to reveal the digitalization potential of women through different training programs. We organized a Social Media Campaign Contest among female trainees who completed the 40-hour 'Digital Marketing' training we provided within the scope of the project. There were 82 applications in total to our competition. As a result of the pre-selection, 21 people qualified for the competition. These contestants managed the social media accounts of a small business they chose for 1 month. These works of our contestants will be evaluated at the jury session to be held on October 19, and the winners will be determined. We will provide lifeline capital to our top 3 competitors. We wish our finalists the best of luck. As Vodafone Turkey Foundation, we will continue to make women's lives easier with the opportunities offered by digital technologies.”

Approximately 13 thousand women will be reached in 12 provinces

Within the scope of the “Digital My Job” project, 24-hour “Digital Literacy” and 40-hour “Digital Marketing” trainings are offered to female trainees. Trainings held in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Samsun, Mardin, Afyonkarahisar, Elazig, Sivas, Ağrı, Kastamonu and Gaziantep are given by 140 trainers working in Public Education Centers in these provinces. Within the scope of the project, some of the trainings take place in the form of face-to-face trainings in the classroom, and some in the form of videos watched on the Distance Education platform of the General Directorate of Lifelong Learning. With the project, it is aimed to reach approximately 13 thousand women in 12 provinces.

Digital vocational training is provided

With the "Digital Marketing" trainings given within the scope of the "Digital My Job" project, it is aimed to provide women with digital skills and enable them to participate in the workforce by providing digital vocational training. Training subjects include Introduction to Marketing and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Visual Production and Management, Mobile Marketing, Current Strategies in Digital Marketing, E-Mail Marketing, Basic Approaches in Public Relations and Digital Reputation Management, Legal Regulations, E-Commerce, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Management. The General Directorate of Turkish Employment Agency also supports “Digital Marketing” trainings with the Job Club, a concentrated job and career consultancy program.
